We know some of you may feel disappointed when you miss out on redeeming certain products and gift cards. So, we’ve been thinking… how can we help Gener8ers redeem these items in a fair and fun way? 🤔
Introducing a new feature that you may have noticed pop up in the Gener8 Marketplace – ‘Auctions‘.
The idea behind auctions, is to give people a chance to choose how many points they’re willing to use to redeem an item. The items will be up on Marketplace for a predetermined amount of time, with a countdown timer to let you know how long you have left to beat the highest bid (and to build suspense)⏳.
All you need to do is get bidding! We’ll be trialing the first versions over the course of the next few weeks, with various high-value items up for grabs, including:
🍕 Just Eat vouchers
👾 A video game of your choice with Player’s Choice vouchers
🛍 Amazon gift cards
👨💻 Electronic products
